Calgaz, the world’s leading manufacturer of calibration gases and equipment is proud to offer the most comprehensive range of specialist regulators for non-refillable and portable gas cylinders.

The Demand Flow Regulator is designed to work with pumped instruments. The regulator enables gas to flow when a vacuum exceeding 3” water gauge is pulled by the instrument. The regulator allows the calibration gas to flow at the rate required by the instrument, automatically cutting off the flow when the instrument is switched off. 

The award winning, patented DFR, has been one of the most innovative products introduced into the industry in the past few years.

The DFR 2001 is used for the whole range of gases supplied by Calgaz with an inlet pressure up to 1000 psi and for cylinders using the C10 fitting. The DFR 2003 has been developed for high pressure usage up to 3000 psi and comes with a CGA fitting. The DFR 2004 is specifically recommended for very reactive gases such as Cl2 and HCN using a C10 valve and the DFR 2006 for the high pressure version. The DFR 2007 is the correct regulator for use on cylinders fitted with a CGA 600 valve used for non reactive gases.

All regulators carry a 24 month warranty and we recommend replacing them after 5 years of service. Calgaz regulators can often be despatched to you the next working day. Contact us to find out more information.
